"RUDY'S HOME ON THE RANGE"
Last time I penned a missive, I wasn't too happy that a reindeer named Rudolf - aka Rudy - had come to live at my house for awhile until Santa's next run and he was rescued. Like antlers, he kinda grows on ya.
Also, it's okay if he poses with me for a few pictures to send out to all of my blog followers. I've gotten used to his copycat ways. I've decided copying is a girl's finest form of flattery. I'm honored he wants to be just like me. I'm going to have to teach him how to lasso a horse and look good riding off into the sunset. But I'll bet he's already had some experience in doing that. Shoot - he's had lots of practice at flying clean out of sight.
He can come back any time he wants. I don't even mind him playing with my sheep toy. And besides, he's top reindeer and has Santa's ear. I told him I'd share the Peppermint Bark if he could convice Santa I deserved an extra sack full of organic apple treats.
Pops says it pays to make contacts.
Mom says, "Photo op - say cheeseburger!"
P.S. Don't forget to donate to the shoe fund! I could use a new pair of cowgirl boots.
